We like to rip out the old bathroom and start entirely from scratch because we believe that quality has to be built from the bottom up.
How our bathroom installation services work
The first step is to make contact with us, either over the phone or via the website, so we can carry out an initial consultation over the phone. For us, the priority is delivering the kind of work we can be proud of, so we don’t work with anyone and everyone. So, we will use this time to find out what you would like to achieve, and whether or not we can help you achieve it.
Next comes our initial site visit. One of our project managers will visit the site of your new bathroom in order to further discuss your requirements and work out how we can make your new bathroom work in the space available. We have extensive experience in bathroom installation services, and we are happy to share our knowledge and expertise in order to help bring together your ideas and what is possible design wise.
When we are sure that we want to work together, we draw up the design of your new bathroom.
Because this stage takes some time and technical skill, there is a fee which will be credited against the overall cost if you decide to go ahead with us. Once you have given your design the go ahead, we can schedule a start date for the project!
We will carry out the work in a way that is as minimally disruptive as possible, though of course you should expect some disruption during the process due to the fact that your bathroom will be out of action for the duration of the project.
Once your new bathroom is complete, we will contact you a couple of weeks later to make sure that you are still happy with the work, and to help iron out any problems that may arise.
