Whether your bathroom is large or small, you might like to think about how much storage you will
require and how this could be incorporated into your design. Some customers prefer to sacrifice
storage in favour of the clean, elegant lines of a pedestal sink, whereas others want cupboards and
cabinets, and lots of them!
Lighting
The bathroom is the haven of the home. It's where we go to soak away the stresses of our hectic
schedules, and to refresh ourselves at the beginning of a busy day. Lighting goes a long way to
creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere in a room, and in a bathroom it's important to get this
right. Soft, ambient lighting works well in bathrooms, with additional “task” lighting for shaving
and other such purposes.
Your Bath
Almost everybody dreams of a big bath – a huge tub in which to float away. However, big isn't
always better, and floating away is exactly what will happen to you in a giant bath once it's full
up! We are happy for you to source and purchase your own sanitary ware at Bespoke Bathrooms,
or we can source it for you – however it's always recommended that you 'try before you buy' to
make sure you can get a good foothold!
Accessories
Those finishing touches make all the difference to your bathroom renovation – be sure to take this
into account when working out your budget. Hand towels, soap dispensers and face cloths that fit
in with your new bathroom are inexpensive and a great way to bring your design together.
